You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, or transfer any information from the platform, nor use it in a searchable, machine-readable database, unless specifically authorized in writing by Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd. Additionally, you may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publish, adapt, store, or time-share any part of the platform or its content unless explicitly permitted in writing.
Furthermore, you may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, legal, or proprietary notices on the platform without prior written authorization. Any use of the content beyond what is expressly permitted requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.
You may not access or use the Site/Platform for any purpose other than those explicitly permitted by Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to interfere with any user's service, network, or access.
Unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems, or restricted platform areas.
Engaging in automated platform use, including data scraping, bots, or similar activities.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the platform.
All content, data, and design elements of the platform are the exclusive property of Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, downloading, or transmitting any information from the platform. Unauthorized use, including altering or removing proprietary notices, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized under this agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason.
Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the app after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by and constructed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the market data information app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration by applicable arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and enforceable. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be determined based on the governing laws of Singapore applicable to Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site/Platform. Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and authorized by Agrud Technologies Pte Ltd.
